【中文摘要】 該文通過對原生質體形成與再生條件如酶類、滲透壓穩定劑、ｐＨ、培養基、菌齡、酶解溫度和時間等因素的研究表明，以Ｄ培養基、葡萄糖為滲透壓穩定劑，酶液濃度為１保擔ィ蹋ｗ＋０保玻ィ蹋ｓ，ｐＨ４保怠５保擔培養菌齡為７２～９６ｈ，酶解溫度為２０～２５℃條件下，酶解６０～９０ｍｉｎ，其破壁效果為最佳，原生質體形成和再生率都最高。

【英文摘要】 In the paper,the study of form and regeneration of protoplast for stabilizer,pH,culture medium,bacterial age,the temperature and time of enzyme effect show that the effective of broken cell wall is the best in the condition of using D culture medium glucose as stabilizer The temperature of enzyme effect is 20～25℃ The time of enzyme effect is 60～90min.The rate of form and regeneration of protoplast is the highest.
