銀絲草菇菌絲體液體培養基篩選

【摘要】 以銀絲草菇菌絲體生物量為主要指標,采用正交設計方法對其菌絲體液體培養基進行了篩選,結果表明銀絲草菇菌絲體生長的最適培養基配方為:葡萄糖20 g.L-1、蔗糖10 g.L-1、酵母粉2.5 g.L-1、蛋白胨2 g.L-1、KH2PO4 2.5 g.L-1、MgSO4.7H2O 1.5 g.L-1、VB1 8 mg.L-1,pH自然。培養溫度28℃,周期168 h,其菌絲體生物量可達11.54 g.L-1。

【Abstract】 Using mycelium biomass of Volvariella bombycina as an major index,the liquid culture media of Volvariella bombycina mycelia was studied by means of orthogonal analysis.The results showed that the optimal medium for the mycelia was glucose 20 g·L-1,sucrose 10 g·L-1,yeast powder 2.5 g·L-1,peptone 2.5 g·L-1,KH2PO4 2.5 g·L-1,MgSO4·7H2O 1.5 g·L-1 and VB1 8 mg·L-1,natural pH.In the cultural condition of 28℃and 168 h,the mycelia biomass reached to 11.54 g·L-1.
