高粱殼栽培雙孢菇的研究

【摘要】 常規(guī)栽培雙孢菇用稻草作栽培主料,該研究以高粱殼作主料栽培雙孢菇獲得成功。培育的雙孢菇其出菇期、采菇潮數(shù)、出菇率均明顯優(yōu)于常規(guī)栽培法。前者的粗蛋白、粗纖維、脂肪、碳水化合物分別為40.3%、5.9%、3.3%、31.2%,各項品質(zhì)指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于常規(guī)栽培法,達到優(yōu)質(zhì)菇品質(zhì)指標(biāo),現(xiàn)已走向產(chǎn)業(yè)化之路。

【Abstract】 The cultivation of conventional Agaricusbisporus uses the straw for the main cultivating nourishment.The research uses Sorghum hull for the main cultivating nourishment and have obtained success.Bythis way,its mushroom time,picking,mushroom rate are improver than the conventional cultivation.Agaricusbisporus using vinegar dregs for noarishment are better than the conventional cultivation in thick pro,crude fiber,fat,carbonydrate.its contents are 40.3%,5.9%,3.3%,31.2%,each quality targer attinedt...
