塑料托盤使用方法
為了使塑料托盤能夠長久安全地使用，希望按下列要求正確使用塑料托盤：
1、塑料托盤應避免遭受陽光暴曬，以免引起塑料老化，縮短使用壽命。ludayr01
2、嚴禁將貨物從高處拋擲在塑料托盤內。合理確定貨物在托盤內的堆放方式。貨物均勻置放，不要集中堆放，偏心堆放。承載重物的托盤應放在平整的地面或物體表面上。
3、嚴禁將塑料托盤從高處拋落，避免因猛烈地撞擊而造成托盤破碎、裂紋。
4、叉車或手動液壓車作業時，叉刺盡量向托盤叉孔外側靠足，叉刺應全部伸進托盤內，平穩抬起托盤后才可變換角度。叉刺不可撞擊托盤側面以免造成托盤破碎、裂紋。
5、托盤上貨架時，必須采用貨架型托盤。承載量根據貨架結構而定，嚴禁超載使用。
6、置鋼管塑料托盤應在干燥的環境中使用。
托盤的正確使用應該做到包裝組合碼放在托盤上加上適當的捆扎和裹包，便于利用機械裝卸和運輸，從而滿足裝卸、運輸和存儲的要求。
