【中文摘要】 通過深層發酵培養姬松茸菌絲體,濾取菌絲體后獲得菌絲體培養液,經沉淀離心收集其胞外粗多糖,再用蒸餾水溶解,取可溶性部分。對接種S 180的小白鼠24h后腹腔注射給藥,連續10d,劑量為10mg kg·d。5周后剝取瘤塊,與對照組比較瘤重。結果發現,姬松茸深層發酵生產的胞外多糖對小鼠接種的腹水瘤S 180有較強的抗性,腫瘤抑制率達到44.53%,完全抑制率達到50%。
【英文摘要】 Ab-EPS was produced by submerged fermentation and extracted from the liquid media by ethanol precipitation and centrifugation. After removing the insoluble part in water, the Ab-EPS was applied to mice inoculated with tumor cell of S-180 24h later by intraperitoneal injection for 10 consecutive days at the dose of 10 mg/kg·d. Five weeks later, the tumor weight was evaluated and compared with that of the control group. Ab-EPS showed a higher antitumor activity against S-180 grafted in mice with the tumor inhibition rate being 44.53% and the complete inhibition rate being 50%.
