【中文摘要】 作者以金針菇Flammulinavelutipes的黃色品系為材料,對即將出菇的栽培裝分別進行紅、橙、黃、綠、青、藍、紫色照光處理,另分設黑暗和室內散射光照射為對照處理。結果表明:不同光質的照先處理(50Lx)均可誘導金針菇子實體原基的提早形成,縮短生產周期,增加產量,增產幅度為46.41%70.24%,其中以黃光,綠光、紫光、青光照射增產效果最佳。散射光照射不利于金針菇產量與品質的提高;完全黑暗環境子實體現營遲,生長不整齊,且產量大幅度下降。從產量與品質的綜合因素考慮,以黃色、紅色光處理的效果最佳。
【英文摘要】 With the yellow strain of Flammulina velutipes (Fr.)Sing. as experimental material, the cultural bags in which Flammulina velutipes were in the point of fruiting were irradiated with red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, blue and voilet light,respectively. Meanwhile, dark and indoor scattered light were used as comparison. The results showed that all special spectrumrays induced the earlier formation of the fruitbody buds of Flammulina velutipes, shortened the production cycle and increased the yield by 46.41% 70.24%, the yield increased the most with the irradiation of yellow, green, voilet and light blue. Scattered light was not favorable to the yield and quality of Flammulina velutipes. Under complete dark enivronment, the fruitbody buds appearance delayed, grew in bad order, and the yield decreased significatly.Considering the balance of yield and quality, yellow and red light were the best.
