【摘要】 樺褐孔菌(Inonotus obliquus=Fuscoporia oblique)是一種著名的民間藥用真菌,多糖是其重要的活性成分之一。就近年來樺褐孔菌多糖的化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)和藥理活性的研究進展進行綜述,旨在為樺褐孔菌多糖的進一步研究提供參考。

【Abstract】 Inonotus obliquus has a long tradition as a folk remedy,and polysaccharides present in the mushroom fruit bodies have been reported to exhibit various types of bioactivity including immuno-stimulating,anti-tumor,antioxidant and anti-diabetic effects.This paper reviews recent advances relating to the structure and pharmacology of I.obliquus polysaccharides in order to provide a source of reference for further research on this mushroom.
